Shain started with Hooks Burglar & Fire Alarm Co., Inc. on September 19, 1992 as a technician apprentice. Since then, he has worked his way up to the current position of General Manager. Shain oversees all aspects of the company from sales to installation.
Shain enjoys cars and college football. He is married to Sandra Blackman and has three children Brandon, Blaire and Blake.
Brandon is currently employed with Hooks Alarm, Blaire attends UNCG and Blake is in High School.

Neil started with Hooks Burglar and Fire Alarm Co., Inc. on October 7, 2002 as Project Manager. Neil brought eight years of experience in the industry with him when he started. Neil can design any electronic system to meet your needs.
In Neil’s spare time he enjoys playing sports, going to the beach, and being outdoors working around his home on various projects.
